1. Answering Surveys
First of all, we are going to start with the simplest way possible to earn some extra cash, and that is answering surveys.
You’ve probably already heard about this, but either way, this option is one of the simplest and easiest to do, so it had to be on our list.
This gig basically consists of answering surveys online, and for every completed one, you get paid a respectable amount.
Do a couple and see how long it takes you to earn $30!
You can choose from multiple platforms, such as:
2. Recycling
If you are into preserving the environment, then recycling came straight out of heaven for you.
Many places will buy your scrap, turning your environmental efforts into a potential side income source.
If you are not using many bottles or cans, you would probably need to roll up your sleeves and head onto a journey of finding recyclable material around your town.
If you think this could be tiresome, you wouldn’t even believe how many recyclable materials are just lying around.
Go collect them and cash them in, simple as that!

3. Sell Handmade Crafts
If you are good with your hands and know how to build/craft certain stuff, be sure to put your skill to good use and try to sell those items.
People are constantly trying to find something that sticks out from, let’s say ordinary.
Therefore, if you are making some interesting, out-of-the-ordinary, items/sculptures, and so on, you will probably have a high chance of selling them.
If you’re not sure what DIY items to sell, or if you’re just interested in seeing some other ideas, then you can check our post on the best-selling items on Etsy.
So, roll up your sleeves and start crafting stuff it will be worth your while.
4. Amazon FBA
The Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) platform has been a game-changer for many online sellers, including myself.
I started selling using Amazon FBA over 10 years ago, primarily focusing on private labeling products sourced from Alibaba. But, the landscape has since evolved, and simply white-labeling generic products no longer cuts it in today’s competitive market.
To earn a steady $30 a day or even more, you should develop a unique product and support it with strong marketing strategies. My friend Cory is a great example of how successful this method can be.
He created his brand, Woddies, and now consistently generating over $1 million in revenue through Amazon FBA.

5. Rent Out Your Space
If you have a university or some type of school nearby, renting a room to students will be an ideal business move for you.
Renting properties or even rooms can be a good side hustle or even a small business for a single person, and you will be shocked to see how many people are looking for accommodation.
You can choose from various platforms, such as Airbnb or any of your local platforms as well.
Delivery jobs involve taking goods or food from businesses to customers, and rideshare jobs mean driving passengers to where they need to go.
To begin, register as a driver with well-known companies like DoorDash, Shipt, Uber, or Uber Eats. You can use your car or bike to take on delivery or passenger requests via a smartphone app.
7. Offer Services
You can offer your service to anyone through gig platforms such as Thumbtack or TaskRabbit, or just drive around and see if anyone needs help with anything.
From assembling furniture to changing light bulbs or fixtures to assisting with moving the furniture or belongings, you can find a vast majority of ways to earn some cash while helping others as well.
There are so many elderlies who can’t go shopping or pay their bills, offer your services, and go run some errands, it will be worth your while!

Many people are extremely preoccupied with their day-to-day chores that sometimes they just can’t find the time to do something, for example repainting their old fence or gait or even the whole shed.
That’s where you jump in and offer to paint their fence, shed, or any other thing that needs freshening up.
9. Tutoring/Teaching
Figure out what subjects or skills you excel in, decide on fair prices, and find the right people who need your help.

10. Start a Blog
I’ve run several blogs that make well over $30 a day, so I speak from experience on this one.
The beautiful thing about blogging is that it allows you to share your thoughts, ideas, or expertise with the world while generating income.
Blogging isn’t a quick money-making scheme. It takes time, patience, and a lot of hard work.
From my experience, to reach an earning target of $30 a day, you’ll need to consistently create quality content over a period – typically about a year, with at least 150 blog posts under your belt.
But once you hit that milestone, your earning potential can truly be limitless.

Final Words
While some of the above-given examples may acquire a certain set of skills you need to make a profit, most of them can actually be done by anyone.
Think things through and see what suits you the best, because after all, you can even have some fun doing it while making that steady flow of income.
Remember one thing as well, the possibilities are literally endless, you just need to have a healthy approach!
